Itinerary: 10 Nights 11 Days Uttarakhand Holiday Tour Package

On arrival pick up from Delhi and proceed toward Mussoorie, travel by Surface. En-route visit Dehradun. On arrival in Mussoorie check in hotel & relax. Evening free for individual activates (one can go for a walk at Mall).

Breakfast at hotel. Today half day Sightseeing to Kempty Fall, after enjoying the water fall of Kempty comes back to Mussoorie evening explores local Mussoorie (Gun Hill, Lal tibba, and Camel back)

After breakfast drive towards Dhanaulti.which is 25 Kms away from Mussoorie on Mussoorie - Chamba Road. On arrival check in to hotel. Later sightseeing tour of Dhanaulti. Dhanaulti is situated at an altitude of 2286 mts above sea level. Dhanaulti is the launching point for numerous treks into the snow - capped Himalayas. Later back to hotel.

Dhanaulti local sightseeing visit surkhanda Devi temple an evening enjoy the Fiancé beauty. Later back to hotel.

After Breakfast check out from Hotel, Travel by surface from Dhanaulti to Chamba. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day free for independent activities.

Breakfast at hotel. Today explore local view of Chamba, It has an overlooking view of spectacular snow capped mountains of Himalayas, evening go for sightseeing tour of Tehri Dam (One of the largest Dam of India) back at hotel.

After Breakfast check out from Hotel, Travel by surface from Chamba to Pauri. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day free for independent activities.

Today after breakfast go for sightseeing tour of Pauri, places to visit (Kyunkaleshwar Mahadev Temple, Kandolia Devta Temple, Nag Devta Temple, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Khirsu & Pauri City) evening back to hotel.

Breakfast at hotel. Today at leisure Check out the hotel Proceed to Lansdowne, which is 81 kms away from Pauri on Pauri - Kotdwar Road. On arrival check in & relax. Evening enjoy the local Market of Lansdowne (free for individual activities). Lansdowne is situated at an altitude of 1700 mts above sea level surrounded with thick oak and blue pine forests.

Today after breakfast local sightseeing of Lansdowne, places to visit (Church, Tip-In-Top, St. John’s Church, St. Marry’s Church, Lansdowne Lake (Bhulla Tal), Tarkeshwar Mahadev etc) evening back to hotel.

Breakfast at hotel. Today at leisure check out the hotel and drive back to Delhi via Kotdwar, reach by evening. On arrival transfer to Airport / Railway station for further journey ahead. Tour concludes but sweet memories remains.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Payment Policy

    There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy.

  • Tour Cancellation

    In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.

  • Advance Non-refundable

    Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.

  • Non-refundable Advance token

    Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases

  • Exceptional Refund Policy

    In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund)

  • Hike in Package Costing

    The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.

  • Booking Voucher

    Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.

  • Complimentary Services

    Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.

Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone)

  • Prepone & Postpone

    In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.

  • Prepone & Postpone Charges

    The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Prepone & Postpone Charges by service providers

    Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • Prepone & Postpone availability

    In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time

  • Special Conditions

    We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • Advance payment validity

    The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • Advance payment transferable

    The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)

  • Reschedule the siteseeing

    Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.

  • Amendment requested during the tour

    Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.
