Itinerary: 09 Nights 10 Days Uttarakhand Holiday Tour Package

Upon your arrival at Delhi airport, you will be welcomed by our travel expert. Later drive to Mussoorie. Upon arrival in the city, you will be shifted to the hotel. Enjoy lip-smacking lunch in the hotel. Evening will be at leisure. Explore the region on your own or just relax in the cosy rooms of the hotel choice will be all yours.

After breakfast, drive to Dhanaulti. Amazingly beautiful, the region will definitely make you fall in love with nature. Surkhanda Devi will be another place you will be visiting in the same day. Lush green environment, curvy hills and deep valleys together create a magical atmosphere.

The day will start with breakfast in the hotel. After this, leave the hotel to move towards your next destination Haridwar or Rishikesh. These holy cities are the perfect choices to pay homage to the almighty along with enjoying the natural beauty. Settled on the banks of holy Ganga River, these cities offer one of the lifetime experiences. Upon arrival settled in the hotel. Rest of the day will be kept for local sightseeing.

Fourth day of the trip will take you to Corbett Wildlife Sanctuary. It is a perfect place to spot variety of wild animals in the region. Also titled as Tiger Reserve, this wild life sanctuary will add a different experience to the vacation. Upon arrival in the destination, you will be shifted to the hotel.

Get up early morning to add elephant safari experience to the vacation as elephants are available on first come first serve basis only. Jeep safari is also available. Other activities you can enjoy include bird-watching, fishing and horse safari. Enjoy bonfire in the evening.

Day 6 with take you to high hills in Ranikhet or Kausani. Leave the hotel after enjoying mouth-watering breakfast in the hotel and move towards Ranikhet or Kausani. Upon arrival in the city, get settled in the hotel. Evening will be for spell-bounding sunset and local sightseeing.

This day will allow you to roam in the nature’s paradise. Lush green environment and salubrious weather will add a different flavour to the local sightseeing. Evening will be kept for shopping in the market.

It is the time to leave for another hill bustling station, Nainital. Located in the Kumaon hills, it is beautiful lake city. Upon arrival in Nainital, you will be transferred to the hotel. Enjoy lunch in the hotel and relax for a while. In second half of the day, you will be taken to shimmering Mountain Lake where you can also enjoy boating. Explore local market in the region.

Enjoy a lazy morning in the cosy rooms of the hotel. After having first meal of the day in hotel, leave the premises to add a soothing experience to the vacation. Excursions on foot or horses within the city. Attractions of the day will include Snow View or Dorothy’s Seat, Tiffin Top or Nainital excursion like Kilbury, Naukuchiatal, Sattal, Khurpatal, Bhimtal.

After breakfast, leave the hotel and drive towards Delhi, from where you can board the flight for onward journey.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Payment Policy

    There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy.

  • Tour Cancellation

    In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.

  • Advance Non-refundable

    Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.

  • Non-refundable Advance token

    Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases

  • Exceptional Refund Policy

    In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund)

  • Hike in Package Costing

    The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.

  • Booking Voucher

    Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.

  • Complimentary Services

    Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.

Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone)

  • Prepone & Postpone

    In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.

  • Prepone & Postpone Charges

    The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Prepone & Postpone Charges by service providers

    Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • Prepone & Postpone availability

    In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time

  • Special Conditions

    We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • Advance payment validity

    The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • Advance payment transferable

    The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)

  • Reschedule the siteseeing

    Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.

  • Amendment requested during the tour

    Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.
